Study on the Environment under the Coordination of Government Lijiang River Basin

With the innovation of the reform of ecological governance institutions,the ecological environment protection in the Lijiang River Basin is gradually moving towards collaborative governance,and the construction of collaborative judicial,public participation and joint law enforcement mechanism is gradually realized.However,the main force of lijiang River Basin ecological environmental protection is still the governance.However,there are some limitations in the collaborative governance among governments.For example,the advantages of the era of big data are not fully utilized.Failed to establish a systematic and institutionalized joint law enforcement mechanism.Therefore,the improvement of inter-governmental collaborative governance is particularly important.
