摘    要:本文针对某水电站混流式转轮下止漏环规律性空蚀现象,分别从检修安装、运行工况、水力开发及真机设计等方面分析了相关影响因素,给出了这种规律性空蚀现象成因及改进处理方案.最后针对相似水头段转轮研制,提出了四点设计提示.

Abstract:In view of the regular cavitation phenomenon of the lower seal ring for a Francis runner in hydropower station,this paper demonstrates the relevant influence factors from the aspects of maintenance and installation,operation conditions,hydraulic development and prototype turbine design,and gives the causes of the regular cavitation phenomenon and the improved treatment plan.Finally,four design tips are put forward for the development of the runners with similar head.
