摘    要:本文研究了填料的性能对硝酸吸收硝化废气中 NOX时吸收效率的影响 ,发现有些填料因能够催化亚硝酸根的氧化反应而明显提高了吸收效率。另外还研究了在活性填料塔内用稀硝酸吸收 NOX时 ,NOX的进塔浓度和液气比对吸收效率的影响。结果指出 ,吸收效率随操作液气比和 NOX进塔浓度的增大而升高

Abstract:Effects of the properties of packing on the absorption efficiency of NO X into dilute nitric acid are studied.It is shown that some active packing can obviously enhance the absorption efficiency because they can catalyze the oxidation reaction of NO - 2. The effects of the inlet concentration of NO X and liquid gas ratio on the absorption efficiency of NO X into dilute nitric acid are also studied. Experimental results show that the absorption efficiency tends to increase with the increase of inlet concentration of NO X and liquid gas ratio.
