自销产品价格管理-ERP深化应用的突破口

摘    要:企业资源计划(ERP)软件系统在中国石油化工股份有限公司推广实施近8年,工作重点已从建设为主转向深化应用为主。如何从ERP系统深化应用中迅速取得效益?如何满足股份公司总部、各事业部和成员企业不同层面的需求?从自销产品价格管理入手是一条有效途径。可通过将企业ERP服务器中的销售订单与发票中相关信息抽取到总部数据仓库,经过数据处理消除“低价销售”因素,满足预算管理和财务分析的相关需求。对可能取得的经济效益进行了定量分析。

Abstract:ERP soft ware system has been implemented for 8 years in SINOPEC, and the highlights have been directed to deep application from construction. How to benefit swiftly from ERP deep application? How to meet the requirement of different levels of Group head, departments of business affairs and member enterprises? It is an effective approach to start with price management of self- marketing product. We can withdraw relevant information of marketing order and receipt in ERP server in the enterprise and put them into data base of the Head, eliminate "low price rnarketing" factor in terms of data processing, meet the relevant requirement of budget management and financial analysis. We analyzed quantitatively possible economic benefit.
