一株降解咪唑乙烟酸荧光假单胞杆菌的特性研究

摘    要:通过诱变荧光假单胞杆菌单菌株得到一株咪唑乙烟酸降解菌株qsun-1。菌株qsun-1能以咪唑乙烟酸为氮源生长。咪唑乙烟酸降解菌株qsun-1可以利用多种含碳物质为碳源,但当以甘露醇为碳源时,菌体生长情况最好。结果表明,当pH为6、温度为28℃、接种量为5%时,100 mg/L咪唑乙烟酸经过72 h,降解率最高,利用高效液相色谱测定降解率达到88%。

Abstract:A mutant qsun-1 induced by a chemical method from Pseudomonas fluorescens was isolated.qsun-1 could grow with imazethapyr as a nitrogen source while it utilized many carbon containing materials though mannitol was the best.When pH,temperature and imazethapyr concentration were 6,28 ℃ and 100 mg/L respectively,88% of imazethapyr could be degraded by a 5% inoculation rate of qsun-1 within 72 h determined with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.
