16种转基因大豆品系的实时荧光PCR法筛查

采用实时荧光PCR法,对河北主要进口转基因大豆口岸秦皇岛港及京唐港的45批次转基因大豆进行了16种转基因大豆品系筛查。结果发现,在45批样品中均检测到GTS-40-3-2品系;30批样品检测到MON89788品系,占所检测样品66.7%;14批样品检测到A2704-12品系,占所检测样品31.1%;2批样品检测到MON87701品系,占所检测样品4.4%;1批样品检测到MON87701×MON89788品系,占所检测样品2.2%;其他品系在所有45批样品中均未检测到。通过对河北主要进口口岸转基因大豆品系方面摸底筛查,为我国转基因大豆品系进口管控提供了数据支持。

Screening of 16 kinds of transgenic soybean fluorescence PCR methodstrains by real-time

16 kinds of transgenic soybean strains of 45 batches of transgenic soybean from two main ports for importation transgenic soybean in Hebei province Qinhuangdao port and Jingtang port were screened by real-time fluorescence PCR method(RT-PCR). The results showed that GTS-40-3-2 strains, MON89788 strains, A2704-12 strains,MON87701 strains and MON87701 × MON89788 strains were detected in transgenic soybean,and the detected batches were 45,30,14,2 and 1 respectively, which accounted for 100%, 66.7%,31.1%,4.4% and 2.2% of all the samples, respectively; other transgenic soybean strains were not detected in all the 45 batches of transgenic soybean. The screening of transgenic soybean strains from the main importation ports in Hebei province provided data support for importation controls of transgenic soybean strains in China.
