油脂生产领域中工业计算机控制系统的应用

根据油脂加工工艺要求,选取了基于Win CC V6.2的上位机和S7-300系列PLC控制器构成的工业计算机控制系统进行结构设计分析和功能模拟。针对该控制系统在过程控制、实时监测、数据记录和查询功能进行了验证。结果表明:采用工业计算机控制系统大大提高了油脂生产过程中的自动化水平,实现了油脂生产过程的集成化和柔性化,对于保障油脂产品品质和工业生产安全意义重大。

Application of industrial computer control system in field of oil production

According to the requirements of oil processing technology, the structural design analysis and functional simulation of industrial computer control system were conducted based on WinCC V6.2 PC and S7-300 series PLC controller. The process control, real-time monitoring, data record and query function of the control system were verified. The results showed that the industrial computer control system greatly improved the automation level of the oil production process, and realized the integration and flexibility in oil production process, which had great significance in ensuring the oil product quality and industrial production security.
