聚合物胶囊增稠堵漏技术实验研究

摘    要:裂缝、洞穴地层和粗孔隙渗透性地层中发生的严重井漏最难处理,提高这类地导堵漏效果的主要方法之一是应用具有高堵塞性能的堵漏剂和相应的工艺技术。文中提出了一种将聚合物溶液胶囊混入水泥浆进行堵漏作业的新方法。室内实验结果表明该堵剂具有有3个主要特性:直角稠化特性、桥塞特性、初终凝时间间隔短。这些物质性大大提高了水泥浆类堵剂的封堵能力。文中还从堵漏剂要适合漏失层特征的角度探讨了水泥浆类堵漏剂的堵漏机理。

Abstract:In order to deal with the serious fluid leakage in the thief zones with big pores,fissures or holes,one of the important approaches use the loss circulation material,which possess better blocked effect.A new method that blends the cement with polymer-capsule is presented in this paper to prevent fluid leakage.The experimental result indicats the agent has three major features:right-angularity thickening,bridging plug,and the short time between initial set and final set.Those characters can improve the applied effect of the cement plugging agents.The paper also discusses the mechanism of the cement plugging agents from the angle of the applicability of the plugging agents to the features of the thief zones.
