| 摘 要： | 在生产部计划的基础上,通过对马钢中板厂的生产工艺过程进行深入细致的调查和了解,利用目标规划模型制定了马钢中板厂的月生产计划,并利用此模型进行了模拟数据的仿真,获得的结果表明,此模型对指导企业决策有一定的作用,并对其他行业生产作业计划的编排有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Through studying and analysing the production procedure, month production plan of the branches of the Ma steel, The thesis is made using goal programming model, the results of the model is analyze to compared to real month plan. The result shows that the flexible goal programming mode provides a quick, available and scientific decision method for the company' s existence and development. And the model has the significance to guide the production plan of other trades. |
