摘    要:应用专业仿真软件MATLAB,AMEsim,ADAMS建立混凝土泵车机电液一体化的虚拟样机仿真平台.基于成熟的仿真平台,进行了泵车臂架的仿真分析.实践证明,混凝土泵车虚拟样机实现了复杂的机械、控制、电气、液压一体化系统的完整动态模拟,对系统中的重要参数进行实时观测,并充分了解了系统之间相互耦合程度.

Abstract:In this study, a virtual-prototyping simulation platform is established for mechatronic and hydraulic integration of concrete pump trucks using such simulation software as ADAMS^TM, AMEsim^TM and MATLAB^TM. In this manner, the truck boom frame is simulated and analyzed. It is indicated that the dynamic simulation on complicated mechanical, control, electrical and hydraulic system integration has been realized based on the virtual prototyping of concrete pump trucks. Furthermore, the system coupling levels can be obtained through the real-time detection on system criteria.
