| Abstract: | Measures for safety control of the feeding and reaction process of 70 m3 polymerizers were explained as well as the emergency plans of accident rescuing. The judgement of abnormal phenomena occurred during polymerization and the countermeasures, emergency measures for pow- er failure were introduced in detail. Suggestions on the improvement of DCS system were proposed. |
