电子枪芯柱内引线国产化探讨

显像管电子枪零部件及其材料实现国产化，十分重要。本文讨论芯柱内引线在消化吸收进口材料的基础上进行改进，实现国产化所作的工作。通过对国产Ｎｉ－Ｍｎ－Ｓｉ－Ｃ合金丝材料进行金相结构分析、强度测试和批量试用，表明其性能合格可用。

Inquiring into Nationalization of Stem Inner Lead Wire in Electron Gun

lt is important to nationalize the parts and materials of electron gun in a CRT. This paper discusses the work on the nationalization based on the improvement of the stem in- ner lead wire of import materials. After analyzing the metallograph structure , measuring the hardness and used in products ,the results show that the home made Ni-Mn-Si-C alloy is quali- fied.
