机动车发动机手摇启动安全装置设计

摘    要:现有机动车摇把存在着“反电”打人这一至关重要的不安全问题。通过将摩擦片技术与棘轮棘爪机构的有机结合,成功地设计了一种新型机动车摇把———机动车自动防逆转安全摇把。该机构能有效地防止机动车发动机反转,从而解决了现有机动车摇把反转伤人的技术难题,保证了汽车司机摇车时的安全。该项技术已于1996年获国家专利。

Abstract:The present motor vehicle starting handle has an importment unsafe problem, that is “strike driver" when it reverses. The writer has successfully developed a new type of motor vehicle starting handle-against reversing safe starting handle by combination of friction flake and ratchet and pawl automatically. The device can effectively prevent motor vehicle engine from reverse rotation. Thus the problem that drivers are struck by the handle has been solved when present automobile starting handle reverses. Therefor the driver's safety has been ensured. This teohnique obtained the patent of china in 1996.
