| 摘 要： | 对纺粘非织造布生产线的循环冷却水系统进行改造,实现了冷却水自循环,节约了生产成本。提供了一种合理有效的冷却水系统配置方案,并从冷却水水质、浓缩倍数、防冻凝措施以及系统操作等几个方面进行了分析和探讨,以保证改造后的冷却水系统稳定可靠地运行。

| Abstract: | This innovation of the cooling water system of the circulating cooling water used in the spunbonded nonwowen production line had been made,the cooling water can circulate in the system and we can economize on production cost.In this article,a viable design of the cooling water system has been brought forward.In addition,some problem such as the cooling water quality,concentration rate,measures of preventing freeze and operation are expounded,to ensure the system running steadily. |
