CDL测井仪打捞工具的研制与应用

目前四川石油管理局测井仪打捞工具单一，使用最普遍、效率最高、安全性最好的穿心打捞工具--三株打捞器，也存在对井眼状况要求较高、无法实现套铣打捞联作的局限，为此设计了CDL测井仪打捞工具。CDL测井仪打捞工具结构简单，主要由锥度套、压盖短节和卡箍组成，工具下螺纹与铣筒连接，上与打捞钻具连接。不同外径的CDL测井仪打捞工具配不同尺寸的卡箍，可在不同尺寸的井眼中，打捞不同外径的测井仪器。CDL测井仪打捞工具原理类似取心式打捞器，落鱼被套入卡箍后在其自重和泵压差的共同作用下，迫使卡箍下行、形变收缩从而抓捞落鱼。CDL测井仪打捞工具现场组装快捷，操作方便。在鲜渡1井和广安8井等氮气钻成的小井眼中，分别打捞核磁共振仪和成像测井仪，应用成功率100%。实践证明CDL测井仪打捞工具有一定的推广应用价值。

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF CDL FISHING TOOL FOR LOGGING TOOLS

Up to now, there are not so much special tools used in Sichuan Petroleum Administration to fish logging tools, even the most commonly used, the most effective, and the safest go-through fishing tool, Sanzhu fishing tool, has restraints like high requirements for well conditions, inability to conduct integrated milling-fishing operations, and etc. Therefore the CDL fishing tool is designed to fish logging tools. The CDL tool is simple in structure, consisting of tapered housing, gland sub, and clamp collar. The lower threads of the tool connect with the milling tool, while the upper threads connect with fishing tool. The clamp collar varies in size with the OD of the CDL tool to adapt to use in different hole sizes to fish logging tools with different ODs. The working principle of the CDL tool is similar to that of a coring type fishing tool. Once the fish goes up inside the clamp collar, under the effects of fish weight and the pump pressure differential, the collar will travel downward, retract and hold the fish. This CDL tool is very easy to assemble and operate. In slim holes drilled by nitrogen on Well Xiandu-1 and Well Guang'an-8, the CDL tool has obtained 100% success ratio in fishing NMR tool and imaging logging tool, which indicates that the CDL fishing tool has a widespread application prospect.
