| 摘 要： | 通过服务设计理论介入及移动互联网市场现状阐述,提出手机服务型APP产品的概念,并指出其具有的"服务"核心理念。通过移动互联网手机服务型APP产品特点分析,论述手机服务型APP产品具有服务理念突出、服务模式创新、互动参与性、有针对性等特点。在此基础上,将服务设计流程及设计方法引入手机服务型APP产品设计中,并提出其设计时的关键点。
