| 摘 要： | 从工业设计与外观专利的关系出发,针对典型客车外观设计侵权案例进行分析,以工业设计的专业角度切入研究,使用设计形态学和产品语义学分析方法,从客车外观设计的特征曲线和特征曲面进行提取和判断。基于此案例分析,从"企业外观专利战略"和"政府专利部门建设"两方面提出我国外观专利保护与发展的思路。
