| 摘 要： | 论述注塑机机筒加热功率的作用和原理，提出了加热效率的计算模型，对加热功率的设计提出了新的理念，并举例说明了其设计过程。同时对加热圈的结构形式、加热功率与螺杆特性之间的关系进行了探讨，提出了机筒加热功率不够的解决方法。

| Abstract: | The functions and principles of cylinder heating capacity of injection molding machine are reviewed, the model for calculating heating efficiency is put forward, the new theory for heating capacity design is endowed, and the design process is reviewed with example. At the same time, the structure form of heating ring, and relation between heating capacity and screw characteristic are discussed. The method to increase heating capacity is mentioned. |
