通孔形结构仿生试件的耐磨特性试验

摘    要:基于蚯蚓体表背孔及机体耐磨特性,设计了通孔试件和普通平板试件,进行了摩擦磨损特性对比试验。试验结果表明,具有通孔结构的仿生试件有明显的耐磨效果,在润滑条件下有显著的减阻效应。结合磨损形貌、润滑状态及摩擦过程三维有限元模拟,分析了通孔结构对摩擦界面接触、润滑等摩擦因素的直接影响和对试件耐磨性的多因素耦合作用机理,为摩擦副耐磨技术的开发提供了理论基础。
