| 摘 要： | 对水价测算中的还本付息、水资源费、运行费及发电结合用水等计算方法和费用分摊等进行了探讨，研究水价改革中存在的主要问题并提出了对策。对水价改革重要性的认识和山东省在水价改革方面所做的工作及存在的问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | This paper estimates the debt service, water charges operating costs,use of water for power generation combined calculation method and cost sharing were discussed, Study the price reform of the main issues and propose a solution. In this paper, the water price reform and awareness of the importance of Shandong Province on the price reform of the work done and the problems were reviewed. |
