摘 要: | 注射成型工艺参数是影响塑件质量的主要原因,文章以PP塑料成型梳子为例,采用正交实验设计技术与MoldFlow数值模拟技术相结合,优化梳子成型工艺参数,大大减少调整工艺参数次数,节约原料。

Optimization Design of Comb Injection Molding Process Parameters Based on Orthogonal Experiment and CAE |

Abstract: | Injection molding process parameters that affect the quality of plastic parts is the main reason. Based on the PP plastic comb as an example, using the orthogonal experimental design techniques and MoldFlow numerical simulation technology, molding process parameters of the comb are optimized, the number of adjustment parameters are greatly reduced and raw material saved. |
