| 摘 要： | 组合型腔注塑模具中的熔体在浇注系统内的平衡流动可以得到结构和性能相一致的制件。基于Moldflow软件的流道平衡模块，可以对注射成型过程进行仿真分析并预测其中的潜在缺陷，从而提供修改依据，达到对浇注系统的优化设计。

| Abstract: | The flow balance of melt in the injection system has a great influence on plastic injection molding of com -bined cavity , which can get high quality products in structure and property .The injection process can be simulated and analyzed by the module of flow balance of Moldflow software , and forecasts the potential defects , then the de-signer modify the original design on the basis of result , thereby the optimized design is obtained . |
