| Abstract: | Discussed in this paper is the optimum distribution of flue gas speed in the flue gas tube bank of an industrial smoke tube boiler. The aim is to achieve a maximum tube bank heat exchange rate under the conditions of a given flue gas resistance and heat exchange area or attain a minimum convection heat exchange area under the condition of a given heat exchange rate, and set up a calculation model with an optimum matching of pressure drop in the flue gas tube bank. |
