螺旋焊管生产线的技术装备改造

为了生产出精品焊管、提高企业产品竞争力,胜利钢管有限公司陆续对3条螺旋焊管生产线进行了技术装备改造:内外焊检测与跟踪采用激光自动跟踪系统;板边加工使用铣边机代替圆盘剪;带钢引入成型器采用凹凸式导板;开卷机与五辊矫平机之间加装横辊等。通过以上改造,不仅明显提高了焊管的质量,而且增强了企业产品的竞争力。

Upgrades of Technical Equipment of Spiral Weld Pipe Production Lines

Aiming at producing excellent weld pipes to sharpen the product competitive edges of itself,Shengli Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd.has carried out modifications of the technical equipment of its three weld pipe pro-duction lines in succession,including employment of a laser auto-tracking system for internal-external weld in-spection and material tracking of spiral weld pipe,replacement of the original circular shearer with a trimming machine for strip edge conditioning,using a buckle guide plate as strip guiding and forming device and adding horizontal rollers between the uncoiling machine and the five-high leveling machine,etc.As a result,both the product quality and the company's product competitiveness are significantly enhanced.
