| 摘 要： | 采用无机盐前驱体原料硝酸铝和硝酸钙取代金属醇盐 ,以溶胶凝胶法制备超细钙长石粉末 ,对影响合成的反应温度、浓度、烧成制度、pH值、工艺路线等进行了系统的研究 ,得到比较好的工艺参数。本制备工艺简单 ,成本较低 ,为钙长石的工业化生产奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | This paper adopt inorganic salt materials of nitric alumimium and nitric calcium instead of metal alkoxide as precursors,synthesizing the superfine powder anorthite by sol-gel method.After studing systematically the technical factors which affact synthesis such as reacting temperature,concentration,firing scheme,pH value,technology routes,we obtain best technical parameters.This techniques has an advantage of low price and simple techniques and lays a solid foundation for the industrialization of anorthite production. |
