中和汁过滤增稠试验及其机理的探讨

摘    要:介绍了过滤增稠过程及其特点,进行了过滤增稠器代替现行沉降器来增稠中和汁的生产试验,根据试验结果推算不同压力下的速率方程,对对滤增稠过程作了机理分析。最后指出,应用过滤增筒器增稠中和汁具有较高的效率,可得到质量更好的清汁。

Abstract:The process and characteristics of thickening-filtration were introduced.Instead of settler, thichening-fifter was tested industrially with defeco-sulfitatedjuice. The filtration equations for different pressures were derived from the testresults and the mechanism of thickening-fiftration was analysed. It was pointed outthen that a higher eff iciency and finer clanfied juice could be got by usingthichening-filter.
