摘    要:以自制的第二代聚酰胺-胺树枝状大分子(PAMAM)和氯乙酸为原料,合成了端羧基PAMAM无甲醛抗皱整理剂,并将其用于棉织物的抗皱整理中.合成的优化工艺为:PAMAM与氯乙酸物质的量之比为1:24,在30℃下反应12 h,产率为87.6%;棉织物抗皱整理的优化工艺为:PAMAM质量浓度30 g/L,催化剂次亚磷酸钠质量浓度40 g/L,180℃焙烘90 s.棉织物经PAMAM整理后,折皱回复角可提高50%,强力保留率75%以上,白度下降较少,且耐洗性好.

Abstract:Novel formaldehyde-free anti-crease finish was synthesized with chloroacetic acid and the second generation polyami-noamine (PAMAM) dendrimer as raw materials, and it was applied to DP finish of cotton fabric. Optimum synthesis condi-tions were mole ratio of PAMAM to chloroacetic acid 1 : 24 and reacting at 30 ℃ for 24 hours with the yield about 87.6%. Opti-mum process of DP finish was defined as follows: dendrimer agent 30 g/L, catalyst (sodium hypophosphite) 40 g/L, and cu-ring at 180℃ for 90 seconds. It was found that recovery angle of the finished cotton increased by 50%, strength retention was over 75%, whiteness decreased slightly and washing fastness was good.
