预应力索拱结构施工仿真与施工技术研究

摘    要:某办公楼改扩建工程是在原结构顶部增加1层钢结构加层,屋顶采用预应力索拱结构形式。使用ANSYS软件对预应力索拱进行了施工仿真计算,分析预应力索拱结构在施工期间具有较强的非线性特性,根据仿真计算结果指导实际施工过程。还介绍了预应力索拱结构的施工技术,包括钢索张拉技术、应力监控技术等。

Abstract:An office building extend project is to add one floor steel structure on its original roof and the new roof is a prestressed cable arch structure. Engineers adopted the ANSYS software to make a construction simulation calculation for this prestressed cable arch, analyzed nonlinear features of this prestressed cable arch structure in construction process, and guided the practical construction procedure according to simulation calculation results. In this article, authors also state some construction technologies of the prestressed cable arch structure including the steel cable tension technology, and stress monitoring and control technology and so forth.
