Analysis of Capital Constructions in Colleges and Universities

Capital construction is the basis and guarantee of the development of colleges and universities. The quality of the construction work is closely related to the level of school planning,investment efficiency, construction quality, campus environment,which may affect the development of school. This paper mainly expounds the understanding and thinking of school construction work from the overall plan- ning, selection of construction units, engineering quality management, settlement management, communication and coordination, team building, construction of a clean and honest administration etc.
