适应学生多样化成长的高职院校辅导员队伍建设

2014年国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定,提出加快构建现代职业教育体系,其内容之一就是完善职业教育人才多样化成长渠道。职业人才多样化的成长渠道,一方面丰富了高职学生的管理类型,另一方面对高职院校的辅导员队伍提出了更高的要求。因此,高职院校辅导员队伍需要加快素质建设,以适应职业人才多样化成长渠道的需要。

On the Construction of Counselor Team Oriented to the Diverse Growth of Vocational Students

The decision of speeding up the development of modem vocational education made by the State Council in 2014, suggests speeding up the construction of modem vocational system, in which the construction of diverse growth channels for vocational talents is mandated. The channels enrich the management types and exert a higher requirement on the counselor team. Therefore, it is a must to speed up the construction of high-quality vocational college counselor team, to meet the needs of the professional talent diverse growth channels.
