学科教学论研·习·练实践教学模式探讨

摘    要:研·习·练实践教学模式是将研究性教学和建构主义理论引入学科教学论实践教学,创设有利于师范生思考、讨论和协作的学习情境。师生共同对中学课堂教学实录、往年师范生实习和学生试讲及说课进行研究、反思及反复练习,提升学生备课、试讲和说课等实践能力,力图促进师范生个性化教学的形成。

Abstract:Research-Learn-Exercise teaching pattern is an idea which combines the investigative study and constructive theory to the dis- ciplinary teaching theory so as to create a learning situation to normal university students' thinking, discussing and collaboration. Teacher~ and students work together to learn and introspect about the teaching video of middle school class and the practice of previous normal school students as well as the trials teaching and Speaking lesson, through which students' ability of preparation for class, trials teaching and speaking lesson could be improved. At the same time, it can promote the formation of their individual teaching.
