摘    要:大型运动场馆在赛事或大型活动举办时,短时间内吸引大量的人流、车流,因此给周边道路带来了巨大的压力.以天津卫津南路从天塔至宾水道的交通信号控制路口及路段的交通状况为研究对象,从分析城市快速路的特点、平交口信号控制的原理和类型及实践中存在的主要问题着手,寻找提高天津奥运场馆周边快速路通行能力的改建方案,并由此提出了交叉口交通信号协调控制的解决方法,同时为解决城市日益严峻的交通问题,特别是快速路拥堵问题提供借鉴.

Abstract:When match or activities was held in large venue, it would attract a good many of people and vehicles in a short term and ,as a result, brings great pressure to the roads around. The traffic status and signal-controlled intersections from Tianjin Broadcast Tower to Binshui road along Weijin south road were studied. Starting by the features of city expressway, the principles and types of traffic signal control at intersections and the main problems in practices, reconstruction plan was searched to improve the traffic capacity of roads around Tianjin Olympic Venue. A solution to traffic signal coordinated control at junctions was put forward. That will provide references to increasingly severe city traffic problems especially intersection congestion at expressways.
