古田溪水力发电厂三级站调速器改造

介绍了古田溪水力发电厂三级站2号机调速器改造的选型计算和设计:调速器采用了紧急停机直接作用于主配压阀活塞方案;电液转换器选用了具有断电自动复中功能的步进式无油电转;步进电机反馈选用非接触式位移传感器;控制器选用施奈德新型的M340系列PLC,测频方式改进为总线通信传输方式。通过现场静态、动态特性试验,该型调速器各项性能指标均达到或优于国家标准要求,运行稳定可靠。

The Improvement of the Governor of 3rd-stage Station in Gutianxi Hydropower Plant

The improvement on the calculation of type selection and design of the No.2 unit governor of 3rd-stage station in Gutianxi Hydropower Plant are introduced.The emergency stop is adopted to act directly on the main distributing valve piston in governor;stepping oil-free electronic-hydraulic convertor that can automatic return to zero position while interrupting of power supply is chosen;contactless displacement transducer is chosen in feedback of stepmotor;new Schneider type M340 series PLC in controller.The method of frequency measurement is improved to be bus communication and transmission mode.The field static and dynamic test results show that the governor runs stably and reliably and its performances achieve or are better than the requirements of national standards.
