ZrW2O8微波合成、表征及负膨胀行为研究

摘    要:采用湿化学-微波合成工艺制备了具有负膨胀行为的ZrW2O8粉体,X射线衍射和Raman光谱分析结果表明,合成产物是基本单一的立方结构的ZrW2O8。用SEM观察了样品的形貌,热膨胀仪测定了样品从室温到800℃的膨胀行为,其膨胀系数的平均值为-7.9×10^-6K^-1。

Abstract:ZrW2O8 with negative thermal expansion was prepared by microwave synthesis combined with wet_chemical process. The results of XRD and Raman spectra show that the samples contain single cubic phase of ZrW2O8. The morphology was observed by SEM. The thermal expansion coefficient of the sample was measured by dilatometer at room temperature to 800 and the average value of the coefficient is -7.910-6 K-1.
