摘    要:总结了近年来在烧结、高炉配矿结构优化研究方面所做的工作,旨在改善烧结矿品质、降低炼铁系统成本。提出了在冀东资源条件下提高烧结、高炉综合技术经济指标的根本途径和在这一优化过程中必须注意的相关问题。唐钢二炼铁厂以烧结配矿结构优化为主,高炉配矿结构优化为辅,系统地开展了优化研究工作,优化结果在实验室试验检验之后,投入生产应用,取得了令人满意的成果。

Abstract: order to improve sinter quality and lower ironmaking cost, both experimental investigation and production application in raw material structure optimization in sintering and blast furnace processes were carried out. The essential way for increasing technical and economic indexes in sintering and blast furnace production in the conditions of eastern-Hebei resources was proposed. The relative problems to be cautioned in raw material optimizing were also discussed. Optimization research was carried on systematically in No. 2 Ironworks of Tanggang under the condition of raw material structure mainly sintering and assistantly in blast furnace . After the result was confirmed in the laboratory, it was successfully applied in production.
