摘    要:采用非均相磺化反应方法,在少量分散剂作用下,制备了不同磺化度的线型磺化聚苯乙烯(SPS),通过红外光谱表征其结构,用酸碱滴定法测定其磺化度,研究PS/H2SO4固液比、反应温度、时间、分散剂用量对产物磺化度的影响及SPS水溶液的粘度行为。结果表明:可在较短时间(<150min)、较低温度(50-60℃)和较少分散剂用量下得到高磺化度(>60%)SPS,其水溶液具有典型的聚电解质特征。

Abstract:A novel solid-liquid heterogeneous phase sulphonation method was developed to prepare sulphonic polystyrene (SPS). The product was characterized by FT-IR and chemical titration. The affecting factors of sulphonation reaction were also studied. Experimental results shows that SPS with high sulphonation degree can be obtained in a shorter reaction time(<150rain) and at lower temperature(50~60 ℃) compared with the conventional methods. Viscosity measurements shows that the prepared SPS aqueous solution exhibits typical polyelectrolyte viscosity behavior.
