摘    要:对火电厂典型汽轮机组故障数据进行收集和统计分析 ,从故障统计的角度阐述电厂设备常见振动故障机理。在此基础上开发了实用的汽轮机故障管理数据库 ,对于数据库系统的结构、性能、特点进行分析和讨论。该数据库系统可以方便现场人员快速查询各类故障信息和以往的故障处理经验 ,为现场快速分析处理故障提供便捷有效地参考工具和信息平台 ,有利于实现对故障实例的标准化管理

Abstract:The typical fault-cases of turbines in power plant are gatered and statistically analyzed. The mechanism and the characteristics of the main fault types are introduced. Based on the fault statistics a database for fault management was designed and developed. The structure and performance of this database are described. With the database the operators in power plant can quickly query the history fault case, so that they can immedietly find the solution by fault situation and prevent the machine from destruction.
