| 摘 要： | 合作原则作为当今语用学研究的基础,己从狭义的人际会话运用到广义的文本交际。本文试从合作原则的四条准则,即数量准则、质量准则、关联准则和方式准则,分析商务合同英语词汇的文体特征,从而指出合作原则对商务合同英语写作或翻译的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Cooperative principles have become the basis of pragmatic study nowadays.They have been used not only in the filed of daily conversation but also in the communication of written documents.This paper discusses the lexical features of business contract English from quantity maxim,quality maxim,relation maxim and manner maxim.Besides,it will be pointed out that cooperative principles play a guiding role in business contract English writing and translating. |
