| Abstract: | The reliability and the time delay in the links of the local communication network are two important factors, which are used to estimate the performance of anti destroying of the local communication network . The reliability and the time delay in the links of the local communication network are discussed ,then the cost function which is used to consider the reliability and the time delay comprehensively is put forward, as well as analyzed and imitated through the self organizing competition neural networks. |
