| Abstract: | The article analyzes the present condition of underground pipeline construction in small towns,and illustrates countermeasures for the construction from the structural reform,and the implementation of market operation and common ditch construction in light of the problems existed in the construction management,in order to promote the sustainable development of the construction of small town. |
