| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principle to compile bidding construction management plan and its main contents,illustrates the method to compile construction management plan from establishing perfect and detailed construction planning module,carrying out programming bidding compilation,and strengthen vocational training of bidding compilers,and points out the development orientation of compiling construction management plan. |
