| 摘 要： | 针对项目管理在工程造价控制中的重要性，提出了应在项目管理中全过程控制工程造价的建议，对可行性研究阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、设备采购及工程竣工等阶段如何有效控制工程造价进行了探讨，以提高工程项目的经济效益和社会效益。
