| 摘 要： | 为了深化工程建设管理体制改革,探索适应社会主义市场经济体制的工程建设管理方式,提出了建立建设工程交易中心的方案,通过建立统一的建设工程交易中心和信息网络系统,推行网络招标、网络监管和电子评标,以规范整个招投标市场。

| Abstract: | In order to deepen the reform of engineering construction management system practical management ways are studied to suit to socialism market economy system,at the same time the idea to establish engineering trade center is proposed in order to realize network bid invitation,supervision and electrical bid evaluation through building unified engineering trade center and information network system to normalize bid invitation and submission market. |
