| Abstract: | The definition and its extended meanings of historical value are introduced.Taking the Doudaifu Temple as example its historical value(historical information) is elaborated as well as its roles acted in historic building heritage protection,in order to promote the protection and utilization of historic building heritage as well as the sustainable development of human society. |
