桥梁超大薄壁空心墩施工技术

摘    要:结合K33 145大桥地形及设计特点,介绍了超大薄壁空心墩施工技术,从模板设计、翻模施工工艺、横隔板施工及混凝土配合比设计等方面进行了论述,指出翻模施工具有模板安装拆卸方便、施工方法简单等特点,为其他类似工程提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:Combined with landform and design features of K33 145 bridge the construction technology of ultra large thin-walled hollow piers is introduced.From formwork design,over-form construction technology,cross slab,mix proportion design and other aspects discussion is made.The advantages of over-form construction technology are summarized,which is convenient for form installation and removal with simple construction method.This paper provides good references for similar works.
