| 摘 要： | 结合工程实例，根据该工程的地质条件，指出在构思基坑开挖方案时应考虑的因素，并介绍了用于主楼部位和裙楼部位的支护结构方案，通过完善的支护施工技术方案和合理的降水措施，使整个住宅楼基坑开挖取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Combined with practical work and based upon introduction of engineering geological conditions and environmental conditions factors should be taken into eonsiderations in excavation are pointed out. In addition, structural supporting scheme of main building and annex building are introduced. Through perfect supporting construction scheme and dewatering measures practice receive good effects. |
