木聚糖酶对漂白针叶木浆改性的研究

摘    要:将木聚糖酶作用于漂白针叶木浆,在打浆前进行预处理,对打浆能耗、纤维特性、成纸性能及湿部电荷的影响进行了研究.结果表明:木聚糖酶预处理能够降低打浆能耗,改善纸浆性能,增加纤维表面的润湿性能和降低纸浆Zeta电位绝对值.

Abstract:The influences of pretreatment of bleached softwood pulp with xylanase before beating on beating energy consumption,fiber morphology,paper properties and electric charge in the wet end were invesgated in this paper.The results showed that pretreatment with xylanase before beating could reduce beating energy comsumption,improve pulp properties,raise fiber surface wettability and the absolute value of Zeta potential.
