| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个基于LabVIEW的标准电阻精密测量系统。简单介绍了以3458A为测量工具的硬件系统,详细讨论了在LabVIEW软件开发环境中实现标准电阻自动测量的程序设计思路。针对Aglient3458A的功能特点,通过对3458A的各项配置实现此测量系统的速度要求,满足了自动测量的需要。最后对测量结果进行了分析和介绍。

| Abstract: | An automatic measurement system based on LabVIEW for standard resistor temperature coefficient is introduced in this paper. First, a hardware system for Aglienr3458A as measuring instrument is described briefly. And then, the paper introduces detailedly the program design which is based on LabVIEW for the automatic measurement system. It suggests every configuration of Aglient3458A to meet the needs of the automatic mearuement. Finally, the result of measurement is analyzed. |
