基于Φ函数的轧制规程动态规划优化方法的研究

摘    要:负荷分配是轧制规程制定的核心问题,采用Φ函数负荷分配法进行连轧机的负荷分配是一种简便实用的方法。在此基础上以改善板形质量为目的,采用动态规划方法对轧制规程进行优化,取得了一定的优化效果。

Abstract:Load assignment is the core issue of making rolling schedule. It is a simple and practical method to finish the load assignment of a continuous rolling mill with Ф function load assignment method. Based on this, in order to improve strip quality, this paper introduces the dynamic programming method to optimize rolling schedule, and a certain effect is achieved .
