摘    要:设计了一种双容水箱控制实验系统,建立了双容水箱控制实验系统的数学模型,用MATLAB组件中的Simulink仿真工具建立了双容水箱PID控制系统的仿真模型,同时建立了不带PID控制算法的控制系统仿真模块,给出了两种模型的仿真结果。用LabVIEW编写了双容水箱实验控制系统的软件,给出了软件的前台界面及后台程序。此系统的使用可以满足对控制系统实验教学的需求。

Abstract:The experiment system controlling a double let water tank is designed, the mathematical model and simulation model of the double let water tank PID control system are established by the Simulink tool which is a component of MATLAB, and the simulation model of the control system without PID control algorithm is built too, the simulated results of two models are obtained. The software of double let water rank experiment control system is complied by programming language LabVIEW, and the foreground interface and background program are given. The experimental teaching demand of control system can be satisfied by this system.
